At Naqii, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we deal in perishable, organic food products, our refund policy is designed with both quality assurance and fairness in mind.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds or replacements are applicable only in the following cases:
You received a damaged or leaking product
You received an incorrect item
The product was expired at the time of delivery
The product received significantly differs from what was ordered
Non-Refundable Situations
Change of mind after the order has been dispatched.
Products opened, used, or consumed (except in case of quality issues)

Share your order number along with photos/videos of the issue.
Our team will review your request within 3 business days
If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed within 3 business days
